Everything is very closely placed, which means that I will have a shorter distance to home, work or any restaurant. In fact, the distance is so less that I will easily be able to use a bike or walk to get there. I will no longer have to worry about the increase in gas or oil prices, as for me the best mode of transport will include cycling, walking or use of public transport.

In addition, most houses or apartments available in downtown are small. This means I would require less furniture to fill my house.
